MAGPro2 T-BOOT ver 12.00.03 released

The summer holidays are over and we hope you have had your R&R and are ready to get back to work because we definitely are! We have prepared an interesting assortment of new protocols that will help you throw yourself back into your workload confident in the knowledge that only you, a proud MAGPro2 T-BOOT owner, are capable of doing these vehicles.

We have good news about Renault & Mercedes SID307, SID309 and SID310 (Opel and Nisan as well).
All those ECUs are supported now in Bootloader mode (so there is also full access to the EEPROM as recently requested by our customers).
For Renault Power lovers we released also Bootloader protocol for EMS3155 .
Also VOLVO SID807EVO is finaly available in BL Tricore mode.

Our software has been improved with the addition of a better search system in the Helpdesk and a major improvement of a standard connection scheme available in the GUI.

T-BOOT UI Improvements:

Log compressing system: we have implemented a simple function to compress the logs to be able to send them directly to our Tech Support team.

New Services Available by MMS Helpdesk:

(Beta) Magic Support Tickets enabled: in order to improve the ticket response time and the quality of the support system, we have created a new Ticket category, named “Magic Support”. It will automatically answer known issues and take care of the FAQ. It will be improved over time thanks to the installation of a new technology in our Helpdesk system, which can recognize these known issues and submit an answer automatically in the shortest time possible, just based on the compressed log folder.
Manual Finder system: we have now enabled a better manual search system between T-BOOT and the Helpdesk
