    New Services Available by MMS Helpdesk:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    (Beta) Magic Support Tickets enabled:<\/strong> in order to improve the ticket response time and the quality of the support system, we have created a new Ticket category, named “Magic Support<\/strong>“. It will automatically answer known issues and take care of the FAQ.<\/p>\n

    It will be improved over time thanks to the installation of a new technology in our Helpdesk<\/strong> system, which can recognize<\/strong> these known issues and submit an answer automatically<\/strong> in the shortest time possible, just based on the compressed log folder.<\/p>\n

    Manual Finder system: we have now enabled a better manual search system between TCU Manager and the Helpdesk<\/p>\n
